He is meticulous in his approach to explain the tiniest nuances in each exercise and helped me to not only visualize the correct form but also internalize and develop a keen sense of awareness to my movements. Let's face it, a press is not just a press and the tiniest details can make a big difference. The angles, the approach, the supporting muscles, the breathing, how you establish that muscle to mind connection, they all com to play. I have neglected these details for years to my own detriment and regret. Pareto principle applies here. Sometimes 20% of the details in the exercise with yield 80% of the results. He is a gem, but do be aware, though, he will expect you to work hard and stay focused.
