Having a holistic approach, Dustin has taken the traditional and melded it with the modern to support his clients in achieving their goals. He has experience in teaching correct exercise technique, strength training, weight loss/body-sculpting and pain management/relief. Dustin loves helping people overcome their limiting beliefs.
He has worked with many professionals in the Vancouver film industry, as well as business owners, executives, students and retirees to name a few. Each role has its own unique demands, therefore, each training session has its own tailored approach.
Dustin is a perpetual student of physical wellness. He continues his education in corrective and postural exercises while exploring the mind-body connection.
